Enzyme Function FUNCTION: This peptide evokes transient hypotension (-11 mmHg) similar to that evoked by 0,5 ug of bradykinin, when injected alone into rats. It has a high bradykinin-potentiating effect (113%), when 60 nmol of BPP-10e are coinjected with 0.5 ug of bradykinin into rats. It inhibits angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) activity with a K(i)app of 16.21 uM. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:22869554}.
