Enzyme Function FUNCTION: Has antifungal activity against M.arachidicola with an IC(50) of 1.3 uM, but not against F.oxysporum. Has antibacterial activity against the Gram-negative bacterium P.fluorescens. No antibacterial activity against the Gram-positive bacteria B.subtilis, B.cereus and B.megaterium, or against the Gram-negative bacterium E.coli. Has antiproliferative activity towards L1210 leukemia cells with an IC(50) of 8.33 uM, but lacks antiproliferative activity towards HepG2 hepatoma cells. Lacks mitogenic towards murine splenocytes.
