(1) The irradiation of fs-laser efficiently dissociate the AuNRs loaded Aβ fibrils (Aβ fibrils@AuNRs) in 5 min at a safe energy level (unamplified fs-laser, 60–75 J·cm–2) ;(2) guided by finite-difference-time-domain (FDTD) simulation, the destruction effects between AuNPs and AuNRs are compared, which shows that AuNRs own a much better destruction ability than the AuNPs;(3) the cytotoxicity of Aβ fibrils@AuNRs complex is almost equal to that of bare Aβ fibrils, having an ∼87% survival rate. After being treated with fs-laser irradiation (75 J·cm–2) , the cell viability of Aβ fibrils@AuNRs still keeps in the same level, reaching to ∼84%(4) The fibrils destruction effect becomes stronger with the increase of irradiation time and laser power densities |
