(1) Aβ 25–35 (100 μM) was mixed with 10 μg mL–1 SWNTs, 0.5 μg mL–1 BMPs, or 10 μg mL–1 SWNT–BMP hybrid (SWNT : BMP = 20 : 1) , After 3 h, both SWNTs and SWNT–BMP hybrid showed inhibition of Aβ fibrillation, whereas BMPs did not show such behavior(2) Aβ mixed with the SWNT–BMP hybrid treated SH-SY5Y cells showed an approximately 30% increase of cell viability compared with the Aβ injured cells. |
