Effects (1) 10 nm in the present study, can render destructive impact on the fibrils(3) At very large concentration of 20 nm particles no destruction of the amyloid fibrils(2) demonstrates dual effects of negatively charged carboxyl-group-attached Fe3O4 NPs, adsorption and disintegration, upon LAF, and such effects are highly dependent on particle sizes and volume concentration. In essence, the 30 μL of 10 nm NP solution utterly disintegrates the LAF into fragmented debris
